Archie Blair
Archie Blair is a Florida Registered Paralegal, recognized by the Florida Bar. His career as a paralegal has been focused on the practice of Social Security Disability Law. Archie has worked behind the scenes assisting attorneys in obtaining Social Security Disability benefits for clients for the last 13 years.
He has a wonderful wife, Tina, who supports him in everything that he has ever wanted to do and has encouraged him to try new things. Archie and Tina's family consists of Nala, Rusty and Jasmine: their three dogs. Tina encourages Archie's love for all things sci-fi, but she does keep him grounded by telling him that she "doesn't speak geek".
Christine Dacko
Christine is a case manager who assists in all administrative aspects for our Social Security clients. She processes all incoming and most outgoing mail for her assigned cases, speaks with the SSA office, doctor's offices and our clients to relay and gather information. Christine also prepares claim files for hearing and schedules telephone and office conferences when needed.
Christine is enjoying newly wed life with her husband John. They are living proof that sometimes opposites do attract as she is a native New Yorker from Queens and he, a nature loving Floridian. They are happy to introduce their beautiful baby girl, Katelyn, to the family, who was born in September 2009.
Joyce Conk
Joyce is an assistant in the Social Security department. She enjoys speaking to prospective new clients and sending out appeal paperwork. She opens new files, closes the old files and scans documents. Joyce also provides support to Archie Blair as needed.
Linda Stoner, Coreen Yawn, Alexander Spraggs
The Background Research Team
Coreen Yawn
Coreen Yawn is Executive Assistant and Paralegal to Dorothy Clay Sims. She coordinates the research of background information on defense experts. Coreen has traveled to India to assist in teaching medical doctors how to analyze medical reports for lawyers in the United States. She is a Florida Registered Paralegal.
Linda Stoner
Linda Stoner is a research assistant and provides support to Coreen. She is responsible for opening and closing files, assembling notebooks for depositions and assists in coordinating and performing research of background information.
Alexander Spraggs
Alexander Spraggs graduated from the University of Florida cum laude with a bachelor of arts in political science. At Sims & Stakenborg, PA, he works as a researcher and analyst and plans to go to law school in the fall of 2010.
